I wish I wasn't in such a bad state of mind.
Today I found out that someone I work with is trying to have me fired... because I have the premium shifts. Apparently she has been saying that I've been slamming beers in the backroom while bartending. I've seriously drank maybe four beers in the last five years... for real. Ugh... seriously stress = not cool.
That and I'm still hurting.
I don't want to be that person pulling others through their emotional torment anymore.

well welcome to christmas... ish. we have a couple of inches of snow in Lansing.

yes. i'm okay.

he moved out.
i couldn't find a new place. everything fell through and didn't have anywhere to go.
i moved in with lola at the last minute.

i got a new job.
the bookstore closed down.

got a new job at a different bookstore.
i got a new boyfriend.
broke up with him too.
halocaustic i did the photoshoot and the photos (from what i saw on the camera on the day) are fucking badass. i'm so sorry it took so long - what with working 66 hours a week and above drama and having to reschedule; it drug on for far too long. however i think you'll love what we have. i imagine the photos will be a few weeks. thanks for being so patient.
anyhow. i'm going to go read all of your lj entries. probably about a years worth. haha.

Hi everyone. Sorry I haven't been around much lately and sorry for not updating since... oh... December. My bad.
I guess I shall leave you with bullet points of any interesting information:
1. My petition to have the conditions removed on my permanent residency in the USA was approved last week and finally, after years and years of dealing with the immigration here, I now have a ten year green card. My thanks to everyone that helped me get the conditions removed, to both Matthews, Robin, Ashlee, Carrie, Sean (my lawyer), Vanessa and my mom. Which is awesome, because I can now actually LEAVE this damn country and be able to return.
2. I recorded a radio ad for Minds Eye Tattoo Studio in Indiana. I was going to leave the link here so you could hear it, but apparently I've forgotten what the link was. Sorry.
3. It's my birthday on Monday, however I'm really not all too excited at the prospect of turning 24.
4. lalieohlalie thank you so much for sending me a birthday package. Indeed now I am no longer a french package virgin. the jewelery was absolutely gorgeous and i'm so thrilled that you took the time to do that for me. thank you so much :)
5. happy birthday dizzyblind. I'm sorry we didn't make it out to Necto on Monday to celebrate with you.
6. I'm working on a super sweet photoshoot right now for halocaustic which involves customized childrens bicycles. Somehow I managed to get myself a lowrider 60s Schwinn bicycle (which would have been worth some money, had it not been rusty) and I'm repainting them. I just need one more bicycle, I have two in the bedroom already. hah. But it's going to be fucking rad.
7. I've been sick. I woke up at 6am this morning with my heart racing so badly and I was sweating and shaking. I tried to get a drink of water and a snack pudding out of the fridge and collapsed on the floor and woke Matt up. Matt had to practically spoon feed me the pudding and help me drink the water and prop my head up. Finally I got done with the water and the pudding, and then an hour later, I started coughing (a sure sign I'm gonna hurl) and lo and behold threw up the pudding. Which, by the way, tasted very similar to how it did on the way down. Either way, I've taken the day off work because I still have the shakes and it's lame :( I suspect it's low blood sugar as I passed out once in highschool and felt the exact same way.
8. Thank you hecatemacbeth for the extras and the eyeshadows. They were awesome . I really dug the Tony and Tina pigment too. I've never used any of their pigments, just their eyeshadows, but I really liked the quality.
9. My job is cutting my hours. Absolutely lame because I started working Saturdays (6 days a week now) to compensate for the fact that I'm uber broke. Well, now the boss (the owner i should say) is cutting an extra hour from my shifts each day, thus meaning working the extra Saturday is pointless. Matt is going to the mall later and I asked him to pick me up a MAC application. I need to do this. Seriously, the worst thing that could happen is that I don't get the job, which is better than not even trying to get it in the first place.
10. I miss you guys. I hope this post finds you well. I try to get around to reading LJ at work, but I've been doing actual work there recently and haven't really found the time.

i have nothing of importance to say, really, so i'm gonna leave you with some photos from the club from last monday.
actually i guess, one of my works is featured project over at craftster.org, which is really nice of them. i've been getting all kinds of messages at my myspace... well, actually people writing about that, and that they have also seen me in BUST magazine. Must be the same people that read that mag that play on craftster.
So, this is me and Mr Tinkles. Doesn't he look so enthused?

Anyhow, the boys from Columbine. and company have this deal with this tiny little alleyway in ann arbor. It's about a foot wide and between two building and filled, knee deep with only god knows what... broken bottles and dead people is my guess. Anyways, anyone that is unlucky enough to be with the crowd after the club is drug into the alleyway which is affectionately dubbed 'Narnia' - because apparently Kevin thinks that the dead people feel like snow underfoot.
I got drug into the alleyway by Kevin, I drug Sam who also drug Devanne. Awesomeness.
Anyways, there isn't photos of that, well there is, but I'm too lazy to turn it around in photoshop (it's a vertical photo), so I'm going to leave you with Kevin, looking quite proud of himself.
Anyways, the promises of Turkish Delight in Narnia were unfulfilled and all I got was a shitty busted up elbow.

So, on myspace a couple of days ago, I received a message from a girl saying that I had been named in a thread on Vampirefreaks forum by a 1,100 lbs guy blaming gothic models for distorted body image.
For those that need a conversion, 1100 lbs is 78.5 stone or 499 kilos. His current calorie intake is 20,000 calories a day. Ten times the amount of the average male.
So, almost in disbelief that someone had mentioned my name in a thread regarding low weight?? (um, hello, I'm hardly underweight), I wrote the guy asking what the hell was going on.
Meet Mark Pat. This guy does not like me at all.

firstly... a very happy birthday to halocaustic <3
so, last night i went to another psyclon 9/mushroomhead show. my ears are on fire. i didn't actually manage to catch mushroomhead, although i was pretty impressed that i heard them playing something out of the first resident evil movie. i give them kudos for that.
i made the mistake of taking a shot right off the bat. everything went downhill from there on.
